Mr. Bryan Wong (the Vice-Chairman of Hong Kong Wind Engineering Society) together with Dr. Dominic Yu (Director of Alpha Consulting) have given an online seminar to the members of Hong Kong Façade Association (HKFA) on “Wind Tunnel Study Adopting the Code of Practice on Wind Effects in Hong Kong 2019” on 1 December 2021. The seminar was well received by over 300 members.
